Starting from the page www.rogers.com/terms look down on that page.
Look WAY down.
Under “Invoice Terms and Conditions” – which is not the actual contract signed by Ontario Consumers but a reference to the invoice – there is a web page called:
Terms and Conditions of the Rogers Wireless Bill
Open up the page and see if you can find, for yourself, where Rogers is telling you clearly and distinctly that the notion that Ontario consumers can’t sue Rogers in Small Claims Court or even sue Rogers as a party to a class action law suit is an imaginative bit of legal fluff.
Having a bit of trouble finding the clear and distinct announcement to Ontario Consumers that suing Rogers is on?
Here’s yet another tip.
