If you are still following me and decided you’d prefer to have some assistance finding Rogers’ clear and distinct notice that, despite the contract you signed precluding your right to sue Rogers in court, you still, by god! (and by law) can sue, look at paragraph 8 of the terms and conditions (of your invoice, note, not your contract – but I think that’s supposed to do). Here are the terms and conditions again:

At paragraph 8, that little phrase “Except where prohibited by applicable law” is telling you all about how Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act gave back Ontario consumers the right to sue Rogers…
…in Small Claims Court…
…and as a party to a class action law suit.
