Although the contract that Rogers consumers sign and take home with them says one thing (that by signing Rogers Wireless Service Agreement you have committed yourself to binding arbitration and signed away your litigation rights), if you go to Rogers on-line, Rogers does tell you loudly and clearly that the notion that Ontario consumers of Rogers can’t take Rogers to court is just a piece of laughable nonsense.
See if you can find Rogers notice to Ontario Consumers about how Rogers contract, in this regard, is not worth the paper it’s written on:
